About the role

We are hiring a Backend ML / AI Engineer to build the backend that powers our AI products. You will design and ship services that orchestrate LLM workflows, build AI agents from scratch, and turn real business needs into working software.

This is a remote role for someone based in Eastern Europe who enjoys moving fast, shipping, and improving systems over time.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain backend services that orchestrate LLM workflows, tool calling, and integrations
• Develop AI agents and internal tools that support teams across the business
• Prototype AI solutions, validate them quickly, and productionize the ones that work
• Translate stakeholder workflows into practical technical solutions
• Improve reliability with evaluation, monitoring, and iteration
• Contribute to architecture, tooling, and implementation decisions

What we're looking for

• Solid AI engineering + LLM development experience
• Proven experience building AI agents from scratch (not only API calls or simple prototypes)
• ~3–4+ years combined across AI engineering and LLM / agents
• Strong written and spoken English for a remote team
• Clear communicator who can work independently
